Whole Soul Wellness Yoga classes are designed to be accessible, self-empowering, and authentic to the roots of yoga as a practice for the spirit, the mind and the body.
These classes work to create a foundation for deep, Whole Soul, well-being by incorporating tools and techniques which help to quiet your mind, bring a balance of challenge and ease to your body, and nourish your soul.
Once you are ready to join in please create an account, sign the online waiver, make a purchase of either a membership or single drop-in class and jump into class! All class times are in Eastern Standard Time, and all classes are offered via Zoom. When you register for class you will receive a confirmation email and reminder emails, 1 day before, and 20 minutes prior to the class start time - these emails will include the link to join the class.
