#1 Face, Neck, Shoulders, Arms This class will include specific techniques to roll out tension and tight spots in your face, neck, shoulders, and arms using the Roll Model Method®️ Therapy Balls. Correct posture, reduce stress, & improve your performance and range of motion. 

December 2, March 7
#2 Back & Hips Many daily activities require your Back and Hips, to be supple, strong and stable. Using the Roll Model Therapy ®️ along with the Therapy ®️ Balls this workshop will guide you through functional exercise and rolling techniques to help you roll out tension, create spaciousness in your body, and increase your range of motion. Recover from the physical demands of life! Reach aches and give your body the massage it deserves. 

December 16, March 28
# 3 Feet, Legs, & Lower Back Your feet are the foundation of your body, learn how to roll out your feet and ankles increasing your range of motion, creating more flexion and stability. Recover from the physical demands of life! Give your body the massage it deserves.

January 6, April 4
#4 Core 
Connect  your core from the inside out using Coreageous therapy balls to create more of a relationship with your entire torso.   Concentrating on stabilization and lengthening and down regulating your body.
