Note: This is an online class using the Zoom platform. You will be emailed a link to access the class, please save the link to join 5-15 minutes prior to class start time. 

This Nourish class is designed to provide nourishment to your nervous system and entire body using a variety of yogic tools, including breath work, gentle somatic movements, restorative postures, and guided relaxation. Bringing the nervous system into a state of deep relaxation promotes overall health and a deep sense of well-being.
 
This is an all-levels class accessible to those who can transition between various floor postures, the class could be explored on a bed if transitioning to the floor is not an option. It is helpful (but not necessary) to have a chair, a strap (belt or scarf), 2 blocks, 2-3 firm blankets or beach towels, and a mat or comfortable surface. Please note to enable participation for an unlimited number of people for these classes students may be asked to keep their videos off during class. 

Connection and questions are encouraged and welcomed at the beginning and end of class, arrive early to connect. Microphones will be muted at the start of class. Please reach out to the teacher via the chat feature as needed for private questions or to share information.
