Strength and stability 2 is a practice for experienced yoga students, especially great for those who have enjoyed the general strength and stability class in the past and want to learn more. This is a strengthening practice that focuses on building balance and stability and is especially good for anyone that is limited in their range of motion, or limited in ability to bear weight on hands and knees.
