Note: This is an online class using the Zoom platform. You will be emailed a link to access the class, please save the link to join 5-15 minutes prior to class start time. 

This class includes slow, mindful seated movement, breath practices, and meditation. Participants can do the entire practice either seated in a chair or comfortably on the floor. The class is intended to bring movement first to the body to then allow more ease to work with the breath and meditation.
 
This is an all-levels class accessible to most. Use any props that support you to sit comfortably, either in a chair or on the floor with as much ease as possible in your spine, hips and knees. We may at times use a strap (a belt or scarf would work). Please note to enable participation for an unlimited number of people for these classes students may be asked to keep their videos off during class. 

Connection and questions are encouraged and welcomed at the beginning and end of class, arrive early to connect. Microphones will be muted at the start of class. Please reach out to the teacher via the chat feature as needed for private questions or to share information.
